if the studio needs to cancel a class or session, you’ll be notified as soon as possible. You can choose to reschedule, receive studio credit, or get a full refund.

in case you need to cancel:

• before 7 days - 100% of your booking cost, which you can use to rebook.
• 7-4 days - 75% of your booking cost
• 3-1 days - 50% of your booking cost
• 24 hours - Unfortunately with only 24 hours notice, we are unable to refund your booking cost

all products are food and dishwasher safe, unless it says otherwise in the product description. however ceramics will last longer if hand washed

from the metro station "jardim do morro" it's a 10min walk to aquário. there's parking on the street but sometimes it's tricky to find a spot.

unfortunatly we are unable to offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

aquário's pieces are entirely handmade and may vary slightly in size, shape, and color
